here is a vid of fillwarmer flying to avoid me killn him. you tell by the potion effects i have on. he says its allowed to fly when an enemy is near you to avoid being killed or pvp. i honestly think that horse shit, that means people with /fly can just fly away when they are losing in pvp if they hurry and /f claim the land. so its it allowed to fly away to avoid being killed and fly away when someone is really close to you about to fight you? also making it harder to drop thier power to overclaim them.
I'm not entirely sure what the next move will be, I don't think this is very fair, but I'm not very familiar with rules on the subject so... Neutral I guess.
That would NOT be staff abuse, as /fly is not one of the staff privileges, but his rank's privilege. Second, you didn't record him flying out of PvP, you only recorded him flying. The potion effects do not prove that you were in PvP, as you could have just splashed it on yourself to make this video and make it look like he was abusing his rank.
Also, you said "Shouldn't fly when people are near." Near. There is no rule against flying when people are near, so even IF he did do that, he did not break any rules. I'm no staff member, but you have no case here, buddy.
There is technically no where saying I can't do this. Not to mention that A. /fly isnt allowed while in combat and if you were to hit me I would have fell. And B. If a normal player did this, they wouldnt get banned. The only things I'm not allowed to do as a mod is ban someone without evidence and inside a faction. Clearly I did not break any of those rules so I see no reason as to why I should be demoted. I will say that it is dirty but, I did pay $200 for it.
